Hi, I’m Liv!
I’ve spent the past decade working in the food & beverage industry – you name it, I’ve done it: I’ve written about the world’s best bars and most interesting spirits, I hosted food tours, organized, cooked, and bartended at my events, and I wrote a cookbook.
Everything started with a full-blown obsession with food blogs in the late aughts. I turned that interest into my career when I began working for Mixology, the leading bar and beverage publication in the German-speaking world. From there, I started writing for Vice Munchies, Effilee, Food52, and many others.
But I wanted to channel my energy into one project, so I became the Brand Manager DACH for the Finnish Kyrö Distillery. Along the way, I explored the food & beverage world — organizing supper clubs and natural wine events with friends.
Now, I’m combining everything I know – strategy, sharp market insight, and storytelling – to empower determined Nordic food & beverage brands in entering and growing in the German market.
